Description
How a rural district and partner community college work together to meet workforce needs and provide individualized services to students on their high school campus. How we use data to drive programmatic decisions and ensure student success. We will guide attendees along our continuum for CTE/CCP students: identifying student interest, CTE program completion, and dual enrollment/postsecondary pathway. We will model how we use data to drive decision making and also share strategies for avoiding program duplication by scaffolding advanced course options for students. Finally, we will share how we have embedded full-time postsecondary staff on all high school campuses.
