Description
This session will describe the structure of a meaningful work-based learning continuum with an emphasis placed on students of all ability levels. Whether an organization is creating a program, or preparing to take a program to scale that supports a diverse range of student ability levels through authentic work-based learning experiences, we will provide the resources to serve as a basis for institutions to transform their approach such as supports needed for students to be successful; how to develop, grow and sustain community partner engagement to enhance work-based learning experiences; overcoming challenges and embracing growth opportunities; and leveraging funding resources needed to empower and develop the next generation of high-quality young adults who will continue to have a positive impact on the economic future.
