Description

This session will feature organizations at the frontlines of career-connected learning, with presenters sharing best practices and innovative models to help cultivate career identities and pathways for young learners and workers. Attendees will learn more about the importance of community-based partnerships, employer-based connections, and aligning regional workforce and industry needs with job seekers through scalable new ideas. The session will also help identify ways in which community and employer partners can layer in wraparound supports to better meet the needs of the next generation of workers.
