Description
During the last five years, Butler Tech has embarked on a variety of high-risk, high-yield cultural, capital and instructional strategies to transform our district from good to great. These changes have been calculated, difficult and student-centered at their core. Many of the changes have occurred the district and board level, while others occur at the teacher and student level. Come hear our story of failed experiences, radical shifts in the organization, challenges with sustainability and our most impactful cultural decisions. The target audience is anyone in secondary or post-secondary related fields, as all stakeholders have been involved in these changes.
