Description
This session will present research and powerful anecdotal examples of factors that served as barriers for community college students and those that contributed to their successful completion of an associate’s degree. Participants will connect the supports and barriers participants described to their own CTE programs and learn what colleges, faculty, and employers can do to support student self-belief, learning, and program completion.
