Description
Due to limited enrollment of multilingual learners in CTAE programs coupled with limited teacher capacity to work with multilingual learners, come learn how Gwinnett County Public Schools creates access to equitable college and career-ready programs for English learners/multilingual language learners. Increasing CTAE teacher capacity in learning how to support MLs in the classroom builds greater self-efficacy among CTAE teachers, thereby breaking down barriers and bridging MLs’ access to CTAE programs.
