Description
The Nicholas County Career and Technical Center has developed a recruiting model wrapped around engaging micro-career exploration projects that has led to record-breaking enrollment year and year. Learn how the school evolved their recruiting efforts to maximize traditional and non-traditional student enrollment. The recruiting model has gained national recognition from the Southern Education Regional Board (SREB) and the school has received consecutive National Pacesetters Awards based around this work.
