Description
Only 2% or less of CTSO students see the national competition floor, so what are you doing with the other 98% of them? Attend this session to learn how the CTSO team in Tennessee has structured their department to encourage collaboration between CTSOs, the programming we offer for all CTSOs throughout the year outside of competition, and how we train the trainer (advisor) to be successful with their CTSO chapter at their home school. We do all of this to provide a comprehensive CTSO experience that develops the whole person.
