Bio

Chelsea Pierce Thomas is a Family and Consumer Science teacher at Elkins Pointe Middle School in her 4th year of teaching. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science Education from The University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Family and Consumer Science Education from Jacksonville State University. Ms. Thomas is passionate about preparing students for their careers and adult lives through her content knowledge. She provides hands-on lessons for her students that engage the entire school, parents and guardians, and the surrounding community. Ms. Thomas serves as the Pathway Lead for Fulton County Schools Family & Consumer Science and Teaching as a Profession teachers.
