Bio

For the better part of my administrative career, I've dedicated myself to serving as a CTE Director at the Regional Career and Technical Center in Coventry, RI. I entered education after owning a successful clothing business. Business was always my passion, but I had a greater calling to become a teacher. Teaching gave me a greater purpose, and I soon found myself merging my love for business with education when I became a CTE director. Witnessing students discover their passion and purpose has been a gratifying reward in my role. Similarly, as a teacher coach for the CTE Teacher Certification Program at Roger Williams University, I see the opportunity to assist adults in uncovering their second or third calling and passion. Working closely with aspiring educators, I derive immense satisfaction from guiding them in developing effective teaching practices. These educators bring a wealth of expertise and diverse experiences from beyond the classroom. It is truly fulfilling to collaborate with them, aiding in transforming their knowledge into a pedagogical approach that fosters the development of their students' passion and purpose.
