Bio

Jim Michlig is the College Career and Experiential Learning Coordinator for the Muskego Norway School District and Co-owner of HoneyComb Consulting. He has a B.S. in Technology Education, an M.S. in Administrative Leadership in Workforce Development, and an Educational Administration, with an emphasis on Curriculum Development.

Through Muskego’s CONNECT Academy, Jim’s role is to build partnerships with local and national businesses, so students are able to develop their professional portfolios by gaining real-world experience. Jim continues to see exponential growth and increased opportunities for students. He believes this success is due to having a strong vision and open and honest communication between business partners, students, parents, and community members.

Jim and his wife Andrea have a 13-year-old daughter who is actively involved in dance and enjoys reading and an 11-year-old son who loves playing football, baseball, and wrestling. Jim enjoys time spent with his family on the beach whenever he gets a chance.
