Mikki Spagnoli


Bio

Mikki Spagnoli currently serves as the Director of CTE and Postsecondary Options at Heritage Southwest ISD. She is the CEPD 48 director, CEPD Council Chair, and MI ACTE Board Member. She has served on the MI ACTE board since 2014 and is a past president. Mikki oversees state approved CTE programs in Cass County, Michigan as well as Early Middle College programming, career development activities, and work-based learning. Mikki provides leadership in the area of CTE by participating in numerous state-level committees, including MDE’s Cross-Sector Team, Executive Development Committee for Perkins V, OCTE’s Perkins V Accountability Subcommittee, and OCTE’s Added Cost Referent Group. She has been Grant Director on seven Career Pathway Grants for the Office of CTE, Michigan Department of Ed. Mikki previously served on the Leadership Team for the Michigan Merit Curriculum Integration Grant: Algebra II in EMIT Pathway in 2015-16.
