Bio

Mr. Boyle teaches law, government, politics, and international relations at the Essex County Donald M. Payne, Sr. School of Technology in Newark. Before teaching high school students, Mr. Boyle practiced corporate law in Manhattan for a decade. Most of his courses are approved for college credits from Seton Hall University. Mr. Boyle launched his district’s first Model UN and Payne Scholars clubs and currently coaches its Mock Trial club. Mr. Boyle helms a county-wide mock trial summer camp for middle school students. He was named his school’s Teacher of the Year in 2020-21. Mr. Boyle earned three degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, including the Master of Science in Education and Juris Doctorate.
