Bio

Anne Gielczyk is the Vice President of Nocti Business Solutions (NBS), the business and industry counterpart to NOCTI and has been a part of the organization for 17 years. Together these two organizations provide assessment development, delivery, and data analysis and reporting services for secondary and post-secondary schools, private industry, and certification associations across the nation. Ms. Gielczyk's primary focus is working with business and industry to determine assessment and training needs to hire or promote the most qualified individuals for job openings. This includes guiding certification organizations in developing nationally recognized, industry-based certification assessments through a rigorous validation process. In addition, NBS works with post-secondary institutions that provide assessment services to business and industry in their communities and with workforce development organizations to provide tools needed to determine an individual’s employability skills.
