Bio

Donna Rain-O'Dell is a workforce education coordinator at Central Westmoreland County Career and Technology Center, where she also supports adult education. She has a background as a resource specialist at the District level for Osceola County Public School's CTE department. With her educational experience at the middle, high and post-secondary level, Donna joined CTE to support teachers that come from industry, a common predicament in the CTE world. Although her background is in education with a masters in reading and educational leadership, her knowledge has been able to assist new teachers and existing CTE teachers with their pedagogy and integrating cross-curriculum of core subject areas into their classroom.
