Alex Novickoff
Bio
Alex Novickoff is the Assistant Director of Workforce Education at the Central Westmoreland Career and Technology Center in Western Pennsylvania. With over 12 years of dedicated experience in education, Alex has served in various capacities, including as a special education teacher, elementary and middle school principal, and K-12 special education director.
Currently in the final year of his doctoral studies at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, Alex is focused on researching the perceptions of communication and collaboration between school district special education staff and CTC teachers. His academic pursuits underscore his commitment to enhancing educational practices and fostering effective partnerships within the education community.
Now in his fourth year as a CTE administrator, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to his role. His passion for workforce education and dedication to improving collaborative efforts between different facets of the education system make him a valuable contributor to the field.
