Rigieta Lord is the Dean of Workforce, Adult and Vocational Education Services at the College of the Marshall Islands. Currently she oversees all CTE, Workforce and Adult Education programs for the College to produce a working population that have relevant skills to deliver effective and efficient services. She is a passionate CTE professional who sees it as her duty to serve unemployed youths and women to receive training that will enable them to acquire employability skills suitable to attain a decent livelihood and support their families. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate at the Grand Canyon University and was a Next Level Postsecondary Leadership fellow of Cohort 4. She believes that through networking and sharing of best practices, along with proper career counseling and guidance, CTE programs will prosper.
