Bio

Robert Pearl Starks is the Vice President of Product Development for MaxKnowledge, a leading provider of online talent development solutions for the career education community, serving over 3,500 organizations. In this position, Robert leads the design and development of diverse courseware and software products to maximize performance of career educators and students. Most recently, Robert has been leading the development of CareerPrepped®, an all-in-one student career success platform that helps students authentically develop and demonstrate their skills, enabling skills-based hiring for employers. Prior to joining MaxKnowledge in 2012, Robert held progressively responsible career services positions and his achievements as a Career Services Director was recognized by the Arizona Private School Association with best placement practice awards in four consecutive years. Robert has been a board member of career college associations and national education non-profits, and has served as the Director of Media and Technology for the Arizona Career Development Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Arizona State University and holds an MS degree in Management from Colorado Technical University.
