Pam is the Senior Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Innovation at Springfield-Clark CTC. With 28 years of experience, Pam has had a diverse career in education. She holds licensure in Secondary English, Principal Licensure, Assistant Superintendent Licensure and Superintendent Licensure. Pam's passion for under-served students has been the hallmark of her career, earning her PhD. from the University of Dayton, focusing her dissertation study on alternative education.
