Bio

Christian has worn many metaphorical hats in his life. From touring the world with musicians, to passing on his love of Shakespeare to high school students, Christian’s career has run the gamut from blue to white collar careers. His current cap is the Program Coordinator for the HIRE Program. The HIRE Program supports individuals with intellectual disabilities as they complete one of 20 different vocational programs on two campuses in Lee County, Florida. Christian helps young adults with intellectual disabilities prepare for their own careers by providing in-class support for his students. He also wrote the most recent grant for the HIRE Program and secured its FPCTP renewal. Christian earned his B.A. in English from USF, his M.Ed from the American College of Education, and he is currently working on his MLitt from Middlebury College. Christian also completed undergraduate studies at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge and graduate studies at Exeter College, Oxford.
