Bio

With over 20 years of experience in counseling and career and technical education (CTE) programs, Dr. Narineh Makijan is a leader in bridging the gap between LA County's workplace and workforce. She is the Assistant Vice President and Chair of the Los Angeles Regional Consortium (LARC), hosted by Pasadena City College, where she coordinates, collaborates, and facilitates interaction among 19 community colleges to ensure accessible, efficient, responsive, and data-driven workforce training for all learners.
