Bio

Traquel Dayley is a passionate Financial Literacy educator who has spent the majority of her career supporting and training teachers on best practices for the Financial Literacy classroom. As a GFL pilot teacher in 2003, Traquel has witnessed the history and evolution of Financial Literacy education in Utah from its infancy. Traquel currently teaches high school in Southern Utah and is the instructor of the USBE Methods of Teaching General Financial Literacy course required for the Professional Level endorsement required to teach GFL in Utah. She strongly believes that the best thing for GFL students is a teacher who is confident in their ability to present the material to students with a non-biased, hands-on, well-structured approach.
