Bio

Pepper is currently a CTE Coordinator at Bingham High School in the Jordan School District. In her 24-year career, she has been a Business/Marketing teacher, Work-Based Learning Coordinator, Guidance Counselor, and now CTE coordinator. She has served on the Utah ACTE Executive Committee for the past 21 years and is currently serving as the Co-Executive Assistant. She is the current NEDA President and loves being able to work with the other Executive Directors around the country to build a stronger ACTE Community.
