Bio

Davelon Norris is currently an instructional coach for the Office of Academies and CTAE for Gwinnett County Public Schools in Suwanee, Ga. Prior to this, she worked as an instructional coach/program specialist for the Office of English Learner Programs for seven years. She began her teaching career in GCPS as a middle school ESOL teacher. Her passion for equity for MLs informed her decision to cross over into the CTAE world where she can continue to be an advocate for MLs in their pursuit of college and career readiness.
