Bio

Josh Gonzalez is the Director of Technical Training Centers at Target Corporation. In his 14 year career with the organization, he has worked in store leadership, distribution operations, Engineering and Facilities management and most recently responsible for the development of a new department for technical training within distribution at Target. He is responsible for the development of technical upskilling, while also standing up and scaling four new Training Centers throughout the country supporting in person and remote learning for Maintenance Technician Trainees
